Walberswick Village on the coast is the perfect place to visit by bicycle, plenty to do and see and lots of pubs and cafes to refuel and enjoy the scenery. You can also catch the ferry across to Southwold, they carry bikes so is highly recommended. Walberswick beach is highly rated with visitors and is a great place to rest on your journey.

For cycling, the village is very secluded and traffic is limited to 20mph so is a great place to visit with children. Children will also be pleased, as crabbing in Walberswick is a so popular that they hosted the championships here from 1981 until 2010. The Anchor pup is a popular pup in Walberswick with lots of outdoor space to sit.

  • Anchor Pub

Head to Walberswick for a great day out cycling, then your next stop should be across the river via the Walberswick Ferry to Southwold.
