Do you have a minimum booking?
Yes we do, it's £25.00. Please ensure your booking total is £25 or more.
Do you deliver outside your area
We can, but we will set a minimum booking depending the location we're delivering to. Please contact us here to make a request.
What times do you deliver?
We deliver before 10am, and collect your bikes from the same locations after 5pm.
Do you do childrens bikes?
Yes we do, they are available to book online.
Can I book over the phone?
At this time all bookings are online, please use our booking system.
Can you deliver to a public place?
Yes we can, to safe locations within our delivery area, we will also collect from this location.
Can we put your bikes on our bike rack?
I'm afraid not, they cause too much damage so we don't allow you to transport our bikes yourself either in your car or on a bike rack.
Do you have route maps?
Can you deliver at different times?
Sometimes! It depends on what we have to do that day.
Do you provide helmets?
Yes we do, they are provided with your hire free of charge. We also include a pump, lock and repair kit. Our helmets are adjustable to suit different head sizes.
Can you supply baskets or panniers?
Not at this time, please email a request and we will see what we can do.
Are we able to change our booking or cancel?
You can, subject to our terms and conditions which can be found here. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
What happens if we brake down?
Our bikes are well maintained and we're proud of our low brake down rate but in the event we will rescue you and either repair the bike on the spot of provide you with a replacement bike.
